Processing Time

Most eyeglasses require approximately 7 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.

Certain customized products, including special prescription lenses, advanced lens options, or personalized configurations, may require up to 10 business days for production.

Once production is completed and the shipping center receives the package, your order will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Tracking Information

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number after placing your order.
  2. You can track your package by entering your email address and order ID through the “Track Orders” option at the bottom of our website.
  3. Our system will send you an email once your order has been shipped. In some cases, the email may be filtered into your spam or junk folder, so please check those folders if you do not see it in your inbox.
