Transportation Insurance
To make your shopping experience more secure, Manlykicks offers optional Transportation Insurance powered by Seel. This service helps protect eligible orders from unexpected shipping issues, including package loss, damage, and delay.
Package Loss
If your package is not delivered within the eligible timeframe or the carrier confirms an exception, it may qualify as lost.
- Domestic shipment: over 30 days after shipment
- International shipment: over 60 days after shipment
- Delivered but not received: claim within 7 days
Package Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to transportation, you may submit a claim with supporting photos.
- Submit within 7 days after delivery
- Provide package photos and product damage photos
- Customer-caused damage is not covered
Shipping Delay
If your package is delayed beyond the eligible timeframe, you may qualify for delay compensation.
- Domestic shipment: over 10 days after shipment
- International shipment: over 30 days after shipment
- Claim within 90 days of purchase
How to File a Claim
After placing an order with Transportation Insurance, customers may receive an email from Seel with a “Report an Issue” entrance. You can also submit a claim directly through the Seel Resolution Center.

Important Notes
- Transportation Insurance is optional and can be selected at checkout.
- Coverage only applies to orders where Transportation Insurance was successfully purchased.
- Shipping fees are excluded from reimbursement calculations.
- Claims submitted outside the required timeframe may not be eligible.
- All claim decisions and reimbursements are subject to Seel’s final review.
- Applying for delay compensation does not affect future eligible loss or damage claims.
