PRESCRIPTION VERIFICATION

To provide our customers with the best care and service, Manlykicks has implemented a verification system in compliance with the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumer Law (FCLCA) and regulations for US customers. Under the FCLCA, we are required to verify your contact lens prescription.

We offer two easy ways to verify your contact lens prescription during checkout:

  1. Upload Your Prescription Copy
    You can provide us with a copy of your valid prescription from your eye care professional. Simply scan or take a clear photo of your written prescription. Once uploaded, we will keep the record on file, so you can check out any time without needing to re-upload. Note: providing an invalid or inaccurate prescription may lead to order cancellation.

  2. Submit Contact Information for Your Eye Care Professional / Optometrist / Optician
    Provide the necessary information, including the name and phone number of your eye care professional.

We will reach out to your eye care professional to verify your prescription. Your eye care professional has eight business hours to respond (with the timeline extended to the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday). If we don’t receive a response within the required timeframe, the prescription is verified automatically, allowing us to proceed with processing and shipping your order.
