At Manlykicks, we value every customer and every order. To ensure your purchase is fully protected from unforeseen shipping incidents, we offer an optional Third-Party Shipping Insurance Service at checkout.
This insurance provides coverage for package loss, damage, and delivery delay to enhance your shopping confidence and experience.
This insurance service is provided and managed by Xcottons, in cooperation with AIG (American International Group), one of the world’s leading insurance and financial service providers.

2. Coverage Scope
(1) Lost Package
Covered Scenarios:
- Package lost during transit (not marked as delivered).
- Partial loss (incomplete or abnormal package).
- Porch theft (marked “Delivered” but not received by the buyer).
Compensation Standard:
- Refund of the paid value of the missing item(s), excluding shipping fees.
Required Evidence:
- Loss in transit: tracking record.
- Partial loss: signed proof of delivery and package photos (inside & outside).
- Porch theft: police report, surveillance footage, or written loss statement.
(2) Damaged Goods
Covered Scenarios:
- Product damage due to transportation or handling by the carrier.
Compensation Standard:
- Based on the degree of damage, up to the full paid value of the product (excluding shipping fees).
Required Evidence:
- Photos of outer and inner packaging and damaged product.
(3) Delivery Delay
Covered Scenarios:
- Actual delivery occurs later than the estimated delivery date displayed at checkout.
Compensation Standard:
- One-time payment of USD $5or equivalent in local currency.
Required Evidence:
- Carrier’s tracking records confirming the delay.
(4) Delivery Exception
Covered Scenarios:
- The carrier delivers to the wrong address, requiring a redelivery.
Compensation Standard:
- Re-delivery fees up to the paid product amount (excluding shipping fees).
Required Evidence:
- Proof of delivery (POD) showing incorrect address, and order details screenshot.
3. Insurance Fee
- Rate:2% of the total order amount
- Minimum Charge:USD $0.98
The insurance cost is automatically calculated at checkout and is optional. Customers can freely decide whether to include this protection before completing the payment.
4. Claim Procedure
Customers may file a claim in either of the following ways:
Option 1: Use the insurance claim link provided in the email confirmation from Xcottons after the insurance purchase.
Option 2: Contact Manlykicks Customer Service for assistance in submitting your claim.
Claim Steps
- Submit a claimwithin 7 calendar days from the delivery date (or estimated delivery date if undelivered).
- Provide required documentationas listed in the coverage section.
- Claim Review:Xcottons and AIG will verify eligibility and determine compensation.
- Compensation Options:
- Refund processed directly by Manlykicks.
- A discount voucher for future purchases (upon customer consent).
- Direct payment from the insurer to the customer’s bank account.
Claim Timeline
- Initial review within 72 business hoursafter submission.
- Approved claims are settled within the next 72 business hours.
(Bank processing time may vary.)
5. Cancellation Policy
The insurance can be canceled before the order has been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, the insurance cannot be canceled.

6. Exclusions
The following situations are not covered by the Shipping Insurance:
- War, revolution, rebellion, civil unrest, or any hostile act.
- Capture, seizure, arrest, or detention (excluding piracy).
- Damage caused by derelict mines, bombs, or other war remnants.
- Strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, or civil commotions.
- Terrorist acts or politically motivated actions.
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
- Parcels not yet shipped (“pre-shipment,” “label created,” etc.).
- Goods detained or confiscated by government or customs authorities.
- Packages refused or returned to sender (unless due to shipping damage).
- Product mismatch (wrong color, model, or size not caused by logistics).
- Pre-existing product defects or damage prior to shipping.
7. Disclaimer
- The Shipping Insurance Serviceis provided and managed entirely by Xcottons in partnership with AIG.
- Manlykicks is not the insurerand does not determine or execute claim results or compensation decisions.
- Manlykicks acts as a facilitator, assisting customers in claim submission and communication with Xcottons to ensure a smooth resolution.
- Any final compensation details, approval, or payout will be made directly by Xcottons or AIG, in accordance with their official insurance policy and terms.
