By placing an order with Manlykicks, you agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to provide a clear understanding of our refund, return, exchange, and warranty procedures.

30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When submitting a return request, please provide our after-sales team with a receipt or proof of purchase by email.

You may request a return or refund within 30 days after receiving your order.

Item Condition

Items must be unused, resalable, and returned in the original packaging unless faulty or damaged.

Proof Required

Please provide your order information, receipt, or proof of purchase when contacting us.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition unless faulty or damaged.
  • The item must be in resalable condition with no scratches, defects, or signs of use.
  • The item must be returned in its original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or broken.
  • Your item was lost in transit.
Due to the customized nature of prescription lenses and personalized eyewear, prescription orders are generally non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed prescription information.

Warranty Information

Our products come with a six-month warranty. During this period, we will provide repair or replacement services for quality issues caused by defective materials or workmanship.

The warranty period is calculated from the date you receive the product.

Warranty period: 6 months from the date the product is received.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Human damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, improper handling, or accidents.
  • Improper use: Use that exceeds the intended purpose or technical specifications of the product.
  • Normal wear: Wear and tear caused by long-term or regular use.
  • External factors: Damage caused by water intrusion, fire, lightning, natural events, or other external causes.

Return Process

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us first at support@manlykicks.com. We will review your request and provide possible solutions or the result of your request.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return mailing label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct the problem as soon as possible.

If a return is required, please contact us by email before sending the product back. Delivery times for replacement products may vary depending on your region.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, incorrect, or received in the wrong size. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at support@manlykicks.com.

Refunds
